   Note-This function is not available under OS/2 or when using the Z, X or
   P memory models.

Usage

   #include <tsr.h>
   void tsr_service(void);

Description

   Causes an int 0x28 to be issued, allowing other TSRs a chance to execute
   while the current TSR is active.
