usleep

Usage

   #include <time.h>
   void usleep(long microseconds);

Description

   Suspends execution of the program for the specified number of
   microseconds. The granularity depends on the operating system.

Example 

   #include <stdio.h>
   #include <time.h>
   #include <stdlib.h>

   int main()
   {
       printf("Going to sleep for 10 seconds\n");
       usleep(10000000);
       printf("OK, back again now\n");
       return EXIT_SUCCESS;
   }
