   Derivations with Virtual and Non-virtual Base Classes
   When  a derived class contains both virtual and non-virtual  instances
   of the same base class, one object only is inherited for all instances
   of the virtual class, while one object is generated for each  instance
   of  the  non-virtual  class, with  the  consequent  possibilities  for
   ambiguity.
