   Sound_Package
   The sound package consists of a set of three functions which allow the
   programmer to manipulate the IBM PC's built-in speaker.

   The functions are:
   sound_beep
   sound_click
   sound_tone

   These  functions  will  only work on machines that  are  hardware  and
   software compatible with the IBM PC.
