   Usage
   #include <fg.h>
   void far fg_setdisplaypage(unsigned pagenum);

   Description
   Change display page to pagenum. The display page is the page that  the
   user sees on the screen. pagenum must be < fg.numpages.
   fg.displaypage is set to pagenum.
