   Usage

   void   far   fg_fillbox(fg_color_t   color,  int   mode,   int   mask,
   fg_const_pbox_t box);

   Description
   Set box to color. Box b must be already clipped. This function can  be
   used to clear the screen if box is equal to fg.displaybox.

   Example
   /* clear the screen */
   fg_fillbox(FG_BLACK, MODE_SET, ~0, fg.displaybox);
