   Usage
   #include <emm.h>
   void emm_maphandle(int handle, unsigned logical, unsigned physical);

   Description
   This  routine requests the Expanded Memory Manager to map the  logical
   page,  logical,  which belongs to handle onto the  specified  physical
   page in the EMM page frame.
