   Default: true
   Purpose: Specifies whether Windows should display a
            warning message when an application attempts to
            use the Virtual Control Program Interface (VCPI),
            which Windows does not support. Disable this
            setting if you do not want to see this message
            every time you run software that does a VCPI call
            but still runs without this support.
   To change: Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file.
