   Default: false
   Purpose: If enabled, causes the virtual-mode memory being
            used in the system virtual machine to remain
            locked in memory rather that being swappable out
            to disk. Because Windows handles this process,
            there is no known reason to enable this setting.
   To change: Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file.
