   Default: no
   Purpose: Indicates whether to swap Windows' expanded
            memory to the hard disk. Locking expanded memory
            can improve the performance of a Windows
            application that uses it, but locking it slows
            down the rest of the system.
   To change: Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file.
