        KeyPasteDelay=<seconds>

   Default: .003
   Purpose: Specifies how much time (in seconds) to wait
            before pasting any characters after a key has
            been pasted. Some applications might require more
            time than .003 seconds for recognition of a
            keystroke.
   To change: Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file.
