ShowCursor           Display Or Hide Cursor

int ShowCursor(bShow)
BOOL bShow; /* YES to increase count, NO to decrease count */

Returns:        New display count.

Note:           Cursor is displayed if count is >= zero.  Initially
                count is 0 if mouse is installed otherwise -1.
