Characters in wide characters (L'c') and wide strings (L"string") are
translated to UNICODE.  The UNICODE translate table for the specified code
page is loaded from a file with the name "UNICODE.cpn" where "cpn" is the
code page number (e.g., zku=850 selects file "UNICODE.850").  The compiler
locates this file by searching the paths listed in the PATH environment
variable.
