This option helps to ensure that the module to be compiled conforms to the
ANSI C programming language specification.  The macro NO_EXT_KEYS (no
extended keywords) will be predefined if "za" is selected.  The "ou" option
will be enabled (see ou).  See also the description of the "ze" option.
