An exported symbol in a dynamic link library is a symbol that can be
referenced by an application that is linked with that dynamic link library.
Normally, symbols in dynamic link libraries are exported using the Watcom
Linker "EXPORT" directive.  An alternative method is to use the following
form of the auxiliary pragma.
