(16-bit only) The compiler will make use of 286 instructions in the
generated object code whenever possible.  The resulting code probably will
not run on 8086 or 186 compatible processors but it will run on 286 and
upward compatible processors.  The macro __SW_2 will be predefined if "2" is
selected.
