Synopsis:

    int ispunct( int c );

Description:
    The ispunct function tests for any punctuation character such as a comma
    (,) or a period (.).

Returns:
    The ispunct function returns a non-zero value when the argument is a
    punctuation character; otherwise, zero is returned.
