Use the System command to spawn an operating shell to execute a given
string.  The format of the system command is:


     SYstem [/Remote|/Local] <string>

/Remote
    the shell is started on the program side of a remote debug link.

/Local
    the shell is started on the debugger side of a remote debug link.
