 A fatal error occurred while the output file was being written.  The file
 may be damaged and lost clusters may result.  Delete the output file and
 run the DOS command, CHKDSK (/f), to check (and remove) lost clusters.

 SAMPLE1.OVK, remove duplicate symbols from the original files and create new
 SAMPLE1.EXE and SAMPLE1.OVL files.

 Assume SAMPLE2 refers to a nonoverlaid application with the executable file
 SAMPLE@.EXE.  Use the following to remove duplicate symbols from
 SAMPLE2.EXE and create a new executable file, SAMPLE3.EXE:
