 The time-stamp on the map file does not match the time-stamp on the 
 executable file.  If the executable file has been relinked without a map
 file and you used the old map file, you should not continue until you can
 use a new map file. If the map file is correct but the executable file has
 been changed with WarpMod, you should continue. Or, you could use the /y 
 command-line option.  The default is N, which will automatically halt
 running of WSPRUN.
