Internal error: Unexpected breakpoint

 The profiler encountered a breakpoint (INT 3) instruction at location
 XXXX:XXXX (program loaded at segment XXXX) and could not identify the
 source of the breakpoint.  Check your code for INT 3 instructions.
 Most internal errors which do not lock up the machine will produce this
 message.

 It may indicate code that cannot be profiled (e.g., self-modifying code,
 hardware interrupt handlers) or an invalid map file.  The XXXXs are
 hexadecimal values which may help you track the problem.
