h_tot_mem()             Get total heap memory

 Syntax:

 int_ret = h_tot_mem()

 Description:

 This function returns total memory reported by a heapwalk. h_tot_mem() will
 return nonsense unless h_walk(), h_rept(), or h_graph() is executed first.
