Internal errors when using /ql option:

 Make sure that the /ql option is placed before the library list.  Do not
 use the /ql option if you use direct library modules in the object file
 list and the EXE name is different from the first object file name.  If 
 the problem persists, try deleting the .QLK file and relinking.
