Make file utility terminates on WarpLink warning:

 Use the /w0 option to cause WarpLink to return codes of zero for nonfatal
 warning messages. No program speed increase when using the /ox and /ohp 
 options, even though  there is significant free EMS memory present:
 The overlay manager has probably detected LIM EMS version 3.0 or 3.2 memory
 on the machine being used.  For the /ox and /ohp options to work together, 
 use LIM EMS 4.0.
