WINDOW TO <whandle>
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Purpose: Same as WINDOW, but assigns the handle to a variable.

Parameters: whandle - 'N' The handle assigned to a window during
                          opening.

Example: WINDOW TO mVar
