TDSWIN COMMANDS:

TSDWIN.CH MUST be included in order to use these commands. The
author normally uses the function notation when writing Clipper
code, therefore, these commands may lack some finesse. Naturally,
users can change the header file at will. We do admit, however,
that it may be nice not to have to worry about commas. Clearly,
the functions can change drastically, but the commands can stay
the same, if the header file reflects the changes.

NOTE: Anything enclosed by [] is optional. Any other items MUST be
      included. The compiler knows when you blow it.
