     Move the mouse cursor to a specified screen Row and Column.

       Arguments:

     nX - 'N' The screen row to which to move the mouse cursor.

     nY - 'N' The screen column to which to move the mouse cursor.

       Return:

     NIL

       Example:

     twMSetRC( 3, 3 )
