 twMGetMickeys( nX, nY )
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
     Get the distances moved by the mouse cursor in mickeys  since the
     last call to this function.

       Arguments:

     nX - 'N' Distance moved in the X direction. (Passed by reference).

     nY - 'N' Distance moved in the Y direction. (Passed by reference).

       Return:

     NIL

       Example:

     twMGetMickeys( @nX, @nY )
