 twMGetRegions()
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
     Obtain a reference to the TSDWIN internal regions array for
     examination. You may use this in defining your own mouse
     functions.

       Arguments:

     None.

       Return:

     Reference to the internal TSDWIN mouse regions array.

       Example:

     aMouseRegions := twMGetRegions()
