     Create an array from a delimited list.

       Arguments:

     cList      - 'C' List to transform

     cDelimiter - 'C' Delimiter character. Defaults to a  comma

       Return:

     Array with as many elements as are in the delimited list.

       Example:

     twListAsArray( "one/two//four/five" )

         ->  { "one", "two", "", "four", "five" )
