     Displays current date in a window expanded to the literal month,
     day and year.

       Arguments:

     wT, wL - 'N' Relative window coordinates. Default to top, left
                  corner of window.

     wColor - 'C' Clipper colour string or attribute.  Defaults to the
                  current window colour.

       Return:

     NIL

       Example:

     twDate( 5, 5, "gr+/r" )
