     Determines the screen column for the relative window column nCol.
     This function is normally used in conjunction with twRow() to
     position text within a window.

       Arguments:

     nCol - 'N' Relative Window Column. Defaults to 0.

       Return:

     Screen Column.

       Example:

     @ twRow(3), twCol(4) GET Your_Value
