 PPCRECCNT()
 Determines the number of characters in a communication receiving buffer
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Syntax

     PPCRECCNT(<nHandle>) --> nBytes

     Netware: 2.2 and 3.11

 Argument

     <nHandle> Designates the communication receiving buffer.

 Returns

     PPCRECCNT() returns the number of characters in the specified
     communication receiving buffer. If an error occurs (for example, if the
     handle is invalid), the function returns -1.

 Description

     PPCRECCNT() determines the number of characters in the receiving buffer
     of a specified communication buffer, independently of the protocol used
     (IPX, SPX, NetBIOS datagram or NetBIOS session). It allows you to check
     to see if new data has been received since the most recent readout.

 Example

     Read the buffer if it contains characters:

     nCharacter=PPCRECCNT(nHandle)
     IF nCharacter>0
        cData=PPCREAD(nHandle)
     ENDIF
