 H0       H0 = hang up the phone by going on hook.  You would not
          put this command in your modem init string.  You would
          put it in another string called the hang up string.
          That string is used to hang up the phone if dropping
          DTR (Data Terminal Ready -- a wire in the RS-232C
          interface between your computer and the modem) fails to
          work.
