 L - speaker volume

 L, L0   Same as L1.
 L1      Low volume.
 L2      Medium volume.
 L3      High volume.

 This controls volume when the speaker is on.  The "ATM" command
 controls when the speaker is turned on and off.

 Example:

     SendModem(nPort, "ATL3" + chr(13))
