   tp_xbufsize() - get or set file buffer size

   nOldSize := tp_xbufsize([nNewSize])

   nNewSize    New buffer size.

   Returns     Original buffer size.

   Gets or sets the size of the buffer used for file I/O during protocol
   transfers. The buffer size may be zero (no buffering), or may be set
   from 128 to 64999 bytes. The default size is 2048 (2K) bytes.

   If nNewSize is omitted, tp_xbufsize() just returns the current size.
   If nNewSize is specified, it changes the size and returns the
   original value.

   A larger buffer will usually improve throughput during file
   transfers. Setting the buffer size to zero disables buffering
   entirely.  You should NOT disable buffering during Kermit transfers;
   this protocol will slow down to an unreasonable degree without
   buffering.

   Example:

       tp_xbufsize(4096)   // Use 4K file buffer.
