   tp_sx1k() - send file using Xmodem-1K

   nError := tp_sx1k(nPort, cFile, [cProgress])

   nPort       Serial port number.
   cFile       File name.
   cProgress   Progress function name.

   Returns     Error code.

   Sends a file using Xmodem-1K protocol.  See File Transfers for more
   details.

   Example:

       nError := tp_sx1k(1, "C:\UP\TEMP.DBF", "Progress")
       // Examples of progress functions may be found in the files
       // PROGRESS.PRG, RZ.PRG, SZ.PRG, TRANSFER.PRG, TRAN2.PRG,
