   tp_stop() - get or set number of stop bits

   nOldStop := tp_stop(nPort, [nNewStop])

   nPort       Serial port number.
   nNewStop New number of stop bits.

   Returns Original number of stop bits.

   Gets or sets the number of stop bits used by a serial port. A port
   may be set for 1 or 2 stop bits. One stop bit is the normal setting,
   but two may be required by some slow devices.

   If nNewStop is omitted, tp_stop() just returns the current setting.
   If nNewStop is specified, it changes the setting and returns the
   original value.

   Example:

       tp_stop(1, 1)       // Set port 1 to 1 stop bit.
