Set tab width.

Prototype.......VOID WsetTab(BytT a);

Notes...........Modifies the tab width to be used when displaying tabs in
                the active window via the window TTY output functions
                (these are the Wput???() family of functions).  The default
                tab width is 8.

Arguments.......a  -  Tab Width (in columns)
