  <aSaved> => setkey setting saved to an array

  Syntax:

  SAVESETKEYS([lClear])

  Description:

  Saves the inkey codes and codeblocks associated with
  all active setkeys to an array.

  [lClear] If True, clear any active setkeys (set to NIL)
