 FUNCTION POPMONTH()

  POPMONTH() Popup month selection

  Returns:
  --------
  <nMonth> => number of the month selected

  Syntax:

  POPMONTH([nStart])

  Description:
  ------------
  Popup a picklist of months January -
  December.[nStart] is a month 1 - 12

  Examples:

   nMonth := POPMONTH()
