  DTOW() Converts date to words

  Returns:

  <cDateWords> => date as words

  Syntax:

  DTOW(dTarget)

  Description:
  ------------
  Returns date in <dTarget> as words

  Examples:
  ---------
   dDate     := ctod("10/15/89")
   cWdate     := DTOW(dDate)
   // returns "October 15, 1989"
