  Returns:

  <nDayOfYear> => day of the year of date

  Syntax:

  DOYEAR(dTarget)

  Description:

  Calculates day of the year from <dTarget>

  Examples:

   dDate   := ctod("10/15/90")
   nDoYear := DOYEAR(dDate)   //(returns 288)
