WORKFUNCS          Begin local assembler routines


Syntax:        WORKFUNCS

Description:   Begin local assembler routines.  This macro handles the
               segment declarations only.  Within the WORKFUNCS block,
               standard assembly language practice should be observed.
               Procedures must be declared explicitly and ended with the
               ENDP directive.
