_parnl()           Passes Clipper numeric as long


Syntax Usage:  #include     "extend.h"

               long         _parnl(order [,index])

               int          order;  Placement in actual parameter list
               int          index;  Array element index

Description:   _parnl() gets a numeric parameter from Clipper converting
               it to long.
