_parnd()           Passes a Clipper numeric as double


Syntax Usage:  #include     "extend.h"

               double       _parnd(order [,index])

               int          order;  Placement in actual parameter list
               int          index;  Array element index

Description:   _parnd() gets a numeric parameter from Clipper converting
               it to double.
