   The Intel Relocatable Object Standard does not allow forward
   references within an object module.

   Solution: Microsoft introduced two new record types in Microsoft
   C v4.0.  There is a new version of PLINK86-Plus to support the new
   record types.  You will need to update your copy of PLINK86-Plus.
   Support was introduced starting in v2.20.  It is recommended that you
   have v2.22 for Microsoft C 4.0 which fixes a BSS alignment problem,
   when using v4.0.  (This only impacts Microsoft C v4.0)
