Remarks

T2J3 is a convenient, easy to use, batch-type utility that repeatedly calls 
TGA2JPEG with quality level 3 for all Targa 16- and 24-bit files for which 
there is no JPEG file of the same name in the current sub-directory. It will 
convert them one at a time until no more unconverted files exist. T2J3, 
TGA2JPEG, and the Targa files to be converted must be in the same 
sub-directory. The JPEG file will be named the same as the original Targa 
file it was converted from.

Note: Use this convenience utility with caution. This is not a conventional 
conversion utility. It is simply a compiled "batch" file that calls the 
appropriate functions. It has no escape, no graceful recovery, no help 
screens. For application development, use Batch (part of Sunshow, standard 
edition) to repeatedly operate a program. Batch is much safer than T2J3, 
when testing. T2J3 is a runaway freight train that processes until no more 
files meet the criteria.
