Remarks

Convenient, easy to use, batch-type utility that repeatedly calls JPEG2TGA 
for all JPEG files for which there is no Targa file of the same name in the 
current sub-directory. It will convert them one at a time to Targa 24-bit 
format until no more unconverted files exist. J2T16, JPEG2TGA, and the JPEG 
files to be converted must be in the same sub-directory. The 24-bit Targa 
file will be named the same as the original JPG file it was converted from.

Note: Use this convenience utility with caution. This is not a conventional 
function. It is simply a compiled "batch" file that calls the appropriate 
functions. It has no escape, no graceful recovery, no help screens. For 
application development, use Batch (part of Sunshow, standard edition) to 
repeatedly operate a program. Batch is much safer than J2T16, when testing. 
J2T16 is a runaway freight train that processes until no more files meet the 
criteria.
