DESCRIPTION
   sccdl2sx converts a long date into an ASCIIZ string string of
   the date style format. A check is made to verify that string is a
   valid date string before exiting.

   Date string styles:
   SC_GREGOR     mm/dd/yy
   SC_GREGORL    mm/dd/yyyy
   SC_JULIAN     yyyy/ddd
   SC_YMD        yyyymmdd
   SC_DMY        ddmmyy
